Not my first choice for a restaurant name:
Mysore Cafe. Pronounced: My sore. This just opened up across from the YWCA where I work out. Guess I know where I'm taking family the next time they visit.

Dear Birdchick,
Mysore is an anglicised pronucication. In the local language, it is called Mysooru. Whatever be the name, the food will be great, if it is a genuine Mosure cafe.
Thanks, guru, I should have suspected that the food critic on the radio was mispronouncing the name.
