Birds Etcetera has taken on the task of tracking North American Birding Blogs. There's well over 200 and he's taken the extra step to note active, inactive, and new. My hat is off to you, man.

I'm glad you like the new banner. Non Birding Bill did it--he's a pretty talented guy. It was a touch decision, we had the suggestion of doing Birds + Bees = Disapproving Rabbits, but I love that photo of the sharp-shinned hawk with the autumn colors and storm clouds behind him.d
Actually, NBB does all of my site maintenance--design and everything. It's great having an in house tech guy.
We're doing some remodeling around the website, so you might notice some changes.

I am still trying to figure out who is the woman sniffing the Sharp-shinned Hawk.

Yes, like others have clearly stated before me, the new banner is pimp. Go Non-birding-but-graphically-inclined-dezine Bill. (That's my Cleveland hoodlum name for him I guess).
