Awww... that's cute :-) Jack and Robin had some turkey.

Our oven disapproves of Thanksgiving - it exploded.

I heard what I thought was a child. Is one of your nephews or nieces over ?
Hope y'all have a nice Thanksgiving. I know our dog did. He got some chicken, and cheese. And unfortunely cat food.

LOL!

No, Bill and I have a tradition of turning Thanksgiving into a day long date (hence the Naked in Naked Thanksgiving). You are correct if you id a cockatiel chirruping in the background, but I am LOLing over kit thinking I have a niece or nephew over. That's actually Some Like It Hot on the tv in the background so you are hearing Marylin Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon.

My nieces and nephews are all 15 and up. Most of them are old enough to drink. As a matter of fact, one is a producer on WISH tv and that's how I got the morning show appearance this weekend. She's also the one who introduced me to brining a turkey.

Glad you guys liked the video. I know Cinnamon enjoyed making it.

Thanks for the blog, Sharon. I love the pictures and I am actually learning a bit about birds and the bees too (And at my age it was about time somebody did tell me about it all).

Came for the rabbits, stayed for the birds. Thank you for your awesome pictures. I have learned so much from you this past year, not least about the joyfulness of paying attention. You've really made a difference in how I look around when I'm out walking about.

Lucky Cinnamon -- she never gets the fuzzy end of the lollipop!

I'll see your pumpkineater and raise you a pumpkin-addicted cat. If only I had the photographic proof.

Hey. She drops her disapproval when it comes to pumpkin, eh?

That was very much an approving face!

Sharon - thanks for the cute video. I would have never thought I'd see the bunny-type eating pumpkin. But then they are vegetarians, aren't they? My daughter told me that last year one of our cats did the same thing, eating pumpkin from the can - but we don't have a picture of that to share. I do hope you and your family had a great turkey day. And thanks for all the posts that have been so informative and/or amusing!

Aw Sharon, that was so cute. How does Cinnamon react when you try to clean that pumpkin off her chin?
Sounded like Kabuki was disapproving though....

Kabuki (our cockatiel) loves pumpkin baked up in her muffins, but not so much a from a can.

He did get large bunch of alfalfa sprouts which is one of his favorites--it's edible, has seeds, he can rip it apart and just have a blast. There was also a big sprig of spray millet for him too.

Kabuki is a bit more camera shy than Cinnamon. I've been working with him on that, so we'll see if we can get some K-Chan videos up.
