He seems a little worried by his moving "tree".
A pileated woodpecker, isn't it? I learned what they are just last week. A friend and I saw one in a woodsy Seattle park, and I thought it a rather intimidating critter - very intent, and knocking the heck out of a stump, with pieces of bark and wood dust flying. Also not the least bit bothered by our presence. Quite impressive!
