Tufted Titmouse with freakishly long legs?

I'll guess something different, but it's tough with such an odd contortionist...how about yellow-rumped warbler?

trick question..it's a flying squirrel?
Is it some species of bat?

What about a swallow. it looks like a forked tail and the wings are coming quite forward with that cupped curl they do when they are kind of hovering in the wind.. Well the ones in CA do it.
Okay, I can't resist guessing games. While I liked Tufted Titmouse, that choice was already taken, so I'll go to my emergency backup guess....White-Breasted Nuthatch.

Looks like it might be something out of Lucasfilm design studio, part droid, part bird (or even for a Tim Burton animation film - part skeleton, part feathers).
A werehummingbird?
A zombie flurry?
Eastern Phoebe??
Allison took my guess, a Tufted Titmouse.
blue gray gnatcatcher no doubt
I'm going to go with white-throated sparrow.
Bird?
Nope.
It is obviously a tiny little gargoyle!
Tough decision. (I think it might e a yellow-rumped warbler, but that has been chosen)
too small to be a towhee or a grosbeak - so I'm going to guess a simple house finch.
Holy Cow! You guys are good! Allison got it on the first guess, it's a tufted titmouse!
allison, email me your snail mail address and I'll send you the hummingbird feeder. You have your choice of a daiquiri or sundae.
