		<description>Wow. What a nice post this is and filled with useful material. I like the meadowlark. It looks a lot like the Eastern variety we have here that I am trying to attract to my backyard. So far it has been a struggle. I also like the Harris Sparrows which I had never seen before since they are not around here. I never saw the strikingly beautiful lark sparrow either until now. Your post is remarkable. I have some nice bird pictures on My Birds Blog but none of these show up there. LOL

Living in such wonderful places, so different from where I have lived, you might enjoy a look at The Hamlet of Gordon, Ohio. It is how small hamlets used to be and this one still exists.
