I never get tired of watching cardinals. Even though I see them everyday, I always marvel at the beauty of both the males and the females.
Very pretty.
I love how the edges of the feathers are slightly grey too.
This is a beautiful photo taken in a difficult light. A walk in the woods is a sure cure for the stresses we assume. Thank you for your ambitious work here!
Nice shot. What are your thoughts on the dead birds–scary isn’t it? can you comment on my blog today about Twitter if you use it?
Great picture, love your informative comments about the dead birds. Thank you, I knew I could check your blog and find out what’s going on.
Great picture – just the ticket to counter all the gloom and doom! No cardinals out here in the Pac. NW but the Steller’s Jays are pretty colorful in amongst the green.
Thank you!
Thanks, glad you like it.
@joan the 2 blog entries before this have my thoughts about the dead birds.
Coming from Oregon and living the past 9 years in Virginia…I still never tire of seeing cardinals!
