However, that was just because the writer from the Huffington Post didn’t understand the mathematics. The original article in IOL Motoring Industry News does understand; it says “Eighteen percent of red cars got pooped on, blue 14 per cent…” So the actual study did compensate for the varying commonality of different colors of cars.
