We spent ages worried about a kitten trapped in our trees before we worked it out . It was a catbird which I had never heard of or seen before , makes a good combo with our resident cow birds

Hm, from my banding experience I’ve learned that baby (hatch year) catbirds have yellow mouth interiors and adults have black mouths, so this looks like an adult!
